I’m Russ Watsky and LearningIQ represents my passion for delivering exceptional customer service and empowering the employees who provide it.

Growing up in a 'mom and pop' retail business, I learned early on that customers literally put food on our table. That lesson stayed with me. When I entered the corporate world, I saw a disconnect: large organizations often prioritized the bottom line at the expense of the customer connection and experience. We all feel that friction every day.

I’ve always believed that profitability and great service aren't just both possible, they are a competitive advantage. I spent over two decades within Fortune 100 companies leading human performance, quality initiatives, learning teams, and customer experience transformations, coaching and helping 1000's of employees and people reach their potential.

Today, I’ve combined those years in the 'school of hard knocks' with a series of 'aha' moments to help you and your organization thrive. My approach is grounded in real-world execution, not just theory. Together, we can build a foundation where exceptional customer service isn’t the exception, it’s the norm.

I’ve spent most of my career pushing the stone uphill against the status quo. Because of my passion, I gravitated toward roles with freedom to try new things, and through plenty of trial and fire, I’ve proven what actually works... and what does not.

Now, I’ve boiled that experience down into two core programs: the Unlock Potential Workshop and the 360° Service Blueprint.
