Yes. If you leave a course lesson, upon your return you will be prompted to RESUME where you left off.

360° Service Blueprint FAQs
How would the blueprint work in my organization?
Every organization is different. So, it really starts with a conversation about where you want to go. We’ll sit down to define your goals and chat with your key stakeholders to figure out what actually needs to move to the front of the line.
Once I’ve gathered all that input, I’ll map out a strategy roadmap for your team to review. Think of this as your long-term playbook for building the systems and programs you need. From there, we work at your pace, chipping away at the high-priority items based on your timeline and budget.
What is different about the 360° Service Blueprint?
Instead of just slapping on a short-term band-aid, we take a holistic look at your entire employee life cycle with a focus on building the right systems from the ground up so you aren't constantly 'fixing' things later.
The program zeroes in on high-impact roles and how they directly affect your customers' experiences, finding the levers that move the needle the fastest. By bringing the right departments together early, we make sure everyone is aligned. We put the right guardrails in place so your team's performance and your customer’s experience are always moving in the same direction.
Can we partner on just one phase of the blueprint?
Instructional Design FAQs
What is your instructional design experience?
It is extensive as I started my instructional design experience back in 1998. I also have a background in Graphic Design.
Over the years, I have created multiple training programs from the ground up. I spent years initially creating classroom training, progressing to eLearning courses as software technology has improved.
As a point of pride, a leadership program I developed for a logistic company won the Brandon Hall gold award for excellence in learning (i.e., instructional design Oscars).
I specialize in training for leadership, soft skills, sales, and software proficiency. You can view a sample of the Unlock Potential: the Art of Coaching & Self Development by enrolling in the first course for free.
What learning platforms do you use to create online learning?
I have used a few platforms over the years. I currently rely mostly on Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise due to its speed and flexibility in developing online courses. I have my own Articulate 360 license. I have also used Camtasia to create video courses.
Can you create an entire curriculum?
Yes, I have created various curricula over the years for different organizations based on employee roles. In partnership with Human Resource teams, we have been able to map performance objectives to job descriptions and expectations, in order to ensure learning and development matches employee needs.
What is the basic process for developing a new course or training program?
I take a holistic approach. Generally, it follows a similar path:
1. I gather role-based performance expectations and goals first, working hand-in-hand with your SMEs. This way goals are always the primary focus of the design process.
1a. We figure out where this training fits within the broader context of current learning offerings.
2. After, I identify the performance objectives (what the employee should be able to perform post training).
3. Next, I identify the learning objectives that need to be taught for employees to perform proficiently.
3a. We then agree on a delivery method and type of training course and/or program.
4. After sign-off, I start creating storyboards for the learning. Along the way stakeholders are involved and we iterate to a solution everyone is happy with. This avoids surprises and speeds up the actual development process.
5. From there the training is developed.
6. Along the way, a change management process is incorporated into overall learning strategy to ensure adoption success.
7. We partner with HR and other impacted teams to ensure alignment.
8. We soft launch the training and adjust as necessary.
9. You then deploy, follow up, and report as required to ensure success.
What are the costs to create a new course?
Can you white label the course and brand it to my organization?
